Three key Points |
| 1.Little eat or no eat sock. As sock is the root of fatness, the energy of eating away one half kilogram of |
| melon seeds equals to the energy of eating away one half kilogram of fat pork, so just try your best to |
| abstain from sock during pie taking, or there must be a heavy discount on effect. Fresh fruits, such as |
| apples, pearls, oranges, water melons and so on, are ok, but remember little eat or no eat sock, such as |
| dried fruits, sweets, other biscuits, chocolates and so forth. |
| 2. No break. You can¡¯t just take and stop you like once you started pies, and you should take pies without |
